Social Science Exhibition
Whether it is getting students' work on the walls, showcasing a class project, or hosting a whole-school exhibition with community members and experts.
Celebrate students’ work and learning by making it visible.
When students know they will share their work with an audience beyond the classroom, they are motivated to make it of the best quality.
The exhibitions showcase works that require students to think critically, and revise through multiple drafts. It enhances their decision making and problem solving skills immaculately. Exhibitions are a great way to share students' writing, art work, performances, debates or experiments.
Experiential learning has always been a philosophy and methodology which we use in NH Goel World School, adhering to our school's motto, and follow in our classrooms.
Like every session, this year as well, the students of Grade 4 and 5 have displayed their learning and understanding of the different topics of Social Science in the form of an exhibition.
They have exhibited colourful and creative charts and innovative models to showcase their understanding and have explained the need of ‘Conservation of water’ and ‘Pollution’ in the form of a street play and role play.
An act was presented by Grade 5 students to ‘Stop Hunting and Poaching animals’.
Grade 4 children have also enacted our great leaders and famous personalities who have contributed to our society by dressing up like them and speaking about them. Students enjoy learning through such exhibitions as they put in efforts and make wonderful representations with their own hands, displaying a tremendous show through their excellent models on the topics ‘Evolution of Transportation’ and ‘Different modes of Transportation’. They worked and exhibited charts and models on the ‘Physical features of India’.
Such events further allow the students to develop their social and moral skills and make them better team players.
Once transformed into a project, they showcase it in front of others and get acknowledged, which further boosts their confidence.
Their hard work in the exhibition makes them more confident, creative, future-ready, and of course, learners for life.
Their efforts and hard work was well appreciated by the teachers and motivated by the management.
